Job Description

 Handling walking customers at Site
 Handling Sales enquiries and converting them into sales to achieve targets
 Identifying the prospect customers by understanding their needs
 Maintaining accurate & detailed customer records
 Follow up of all the leads provided by marketing / pre sales
 Developing & maintaining a good relations with existing customers for reference sales
 Developing & maintaining a good relation with Channel partners
 Market Research - Monthly for competing projects
 Effective Communication with internal as well as external stake holders
 Exhibition – designing of stalls & execution
 Report accurately to management on all matter that affect sales
 Follow ISO processes & recommend improvements to process where necessary
 Prepare in detail for weekly sales meeting

Requirements

Good Communication & Convincing Skills
Minimum 3 yrs Experience in Real Estate Industry
