Purpose


To plan and manage out direct sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Medical devices product range, in accordance with agreed business plans.


Responsibilities


Primary


Develop a sales plan and budget for the assigned territory and deliver sales activity within the agreed sales volumes, values, complete solutions, Value added products and services and timescales & periodic review of the same.


Maintain customers and prospect database.


Generation of sales enquiries & closure.


Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate pre and post sales-technical & commercial assistance and solutions.


Monitor and control receivables and commercial documents against invoices.


Monitor, analyse the report on coverage of new markets, Analyse Customer Satisfaction Survey data and coordinate for resolving customer complaints.


Penetration & increase of Market Share


Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.


Execution of branding & trade event activities.


Assisting seniors in generation of MIS reports and adhering to CRM & ISO processes


Secondary


Carry out Market research for marketing strategies against competitor products.


Assist in External customer satisfaction surveys as per management guidelines.


Responsible for sales training and development of partnering business partners if any


Conduct Quality Systems Audits.


Technical Skills


Equipment, accessories and capacity knowledge


Basics of process capabilities study.


Understanding of the technical features


Marketing principles including Branding & promotional activities


Knowledge of the equipment pricing, discounts & the delivery period


Knowledge of all local, Central Government & other Levies and other commercial terms.
