Handling the business as an Independent Profit Center and devise strategies to run existing business and develop new potential business opportunities, deploy new market initiatives.
Responsible for techno-commercial discussions with customer partners, in developing new products using special steel.
Effective Handling both sourcing and selling - Liaisoning between mill and customer.
Technical Sales & Business Development of special steel products in Europe (Austria & Sweden) and Finland
Heading Special steel segment business & Trading of commercial steel in India.
Responsible for the Profit center.
Proposal of techno-commercial solutions.
Commercial steel trading HRC/HRP/PPGI/WRDS/Billets.
International / Cross cultural Experience.
Knowledge of European, Chinese, CIS Steel mills & their products.
Dual Role Responsible for handling Customers & Steel mills (Supplier Partners).
Controlling Trade finance & responsible for profitability in Special steel sales and commercial steel trading.
Marketing activities Conducting Technical Seminars, Participating in International exhibitions.
Managing a team.
Responsible for recruitment of team members.
Mentor and train the team on techno-commercial aspects.
