Sales Engineer

Job Description

- Determines annual unit by implementing marketing strategies
- Analyzing trends and results of sales
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Issue guidelines for commitments to be made to customers
- Contract review and resolve the deviation if any before accepting the order
- Resolving customer complaints
- Communicate all customer requirements to concerned departments
- Interaction with customer
- Depute service personnel to various sites to attend customer complaints
- Close interface with customer
- Order execution support to Works
- Packing & dispatch clearance of final products
