Purpose of the Role :
New Business Development for AU/OEM for All Brands in the region
Approaching customers by Telephone, Emails and Official visits.
Submit visit reports to GM with action plan and review regularly.
Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile & updates; preparing monthly
Stock mapping by studying customer's consumption.
Updates to management by consolidating, analyzing & forwarding weekly/monthly action
To conduct detailed commercial presentations or basic technical presentations to
customers highlighting capabilities of our brands vis--vis competitors.
Respond to technical queries of customer.
Resolve customer complaints and attend to quality failures.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- To handle OEM customers and actual users
- To look after channel sales in your region
- To appoint new dealers in your region
- Promote technical support to dealers.
- Send promotion material and intro to the customers
- Make advance visit plans and tour budget
- Visit customers at Regular Intervals in your region
- Extract inquiries and generate visit reports
- Collect market information and competitors information
- Identify Market value of the products
- Design strategies to overcome resistance for sales
