Customer liasoning and SPOC for the Customer to the Technical and Sales teams respectively
Understanding customer pain points and effective handling of the same
Updating leads on MIS with timely follow ups for closure on support calls
Maintain the records of the targets assigned for the respective team and track achievement
Preparing reports and present them during Quarter and Annual Reviews
The candidate eligible for the role will not have targets and would be supporting the Sales and Technical Teams as Back End Support
