Job Description

Sales order booking
Retailer module management as per policy
Prepare MIS Reports
Prepare and circulate daily branch WSP report
Tracking of daily sales offtake and share with officers - daily
Prepare monthly report of branch Target Vs achievement of volumes - trade & non-trade, grade wise, NSR and collection, competitors activities, new launches, new brands, new brand promotions etc.
DSR compliance report to be updated on daily basis.
Share dispatch information to dealers by email / phone.
All collections must me punched on daily basis and ensure all the instruments are deposited with bank on the same day.
Follow up on daily basis with Sales team to provide the details of all RTGS made by customers and provide the details in the format provided.
Check and document the POs of non trade orders.
Coordinate with officers for Balance Confirmations and maintain records of the same at branch and sending to respective plants.
Coordinate with officers in collating the documents for new dealer/retailer appointment & cancellations as per policy.
Tracking of outstanding and sharing information to dealers & officers
Monitor receipts & dispatches of dealer/retailer/influencer gifts, POP merchandize, petty gifts etc. and maintain stock records.
Monitor dealer birthdays/wedding anniversaries gift distribution and maintain records.
Handle branch office admin activities.
SPO stock reconciliation and share report to Plant commercial team at month-end.
Expenses/bills (Secondary, handling, dealer meets, travel, petty cash expenses, etc.) processing to accounts and monthly provisions.
GST Compliance at Depot level.
