Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Description

Job Profile:

• Managing schedules, filling documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the literacy of sales related equipment or material
• Managing all the new and old sales inquires
• Strong follow up with the customers
• Preparing and managing quotations and purchase orders
• Coordinating with vendors for purchasing the goods
• Looking after the process of delivering machinery
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients for unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitoring the short comings and propose improvements
• Assist in preparation and organising of promotional material or events
• Payment Follow ups with customers
• For collection of ‘c’ form/ ‘H’ Form as per accounts department
• Preparing checklist for the goods dispatched
• Executing all given tasks given by the management
