Job Title: Sales Application Engineer/ Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Engineer to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company`s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Assumes the primary technical relationship with the customer.
Identifies customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients.
Works as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, uses customer input and sales information to design or re-design, develop, test and implement complex applications. They also provide technical support and expertise to customers, testing applications, responding to customer feedback, installations, maintenance and often performing sales presentations and demonstrations.
Understand & process customers application measurements and specifications and chose a suitable and safe product with the help of Multi-Wing engineering guidelines and selection tools.
Provides input to product feature enhancements and process improvements.
Supports R&D engineering in translating customer's needs into a manufacturable product.
Provides engineering support.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
Having relevant engineering or development experience
Possessing knowledge of applications and skills specific to job
Demonstrating project management abilities
Developing strong quantitative skills
Collaborating across interdisciplinary teams
Proven experience in relevant role
Proficiency in English and LOCAL LANGUAGE (MANDATORY).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
