For our captive contact center, which is put in Nagpur, India we are looking to hire
Telecom- Customer Relationship/Retention Representative to handle a portfolio of our existing customers.
1. Responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers who have enjoying telecom services with us, for cross-selling and upselling, extensively focused to increase overall revenue.
Main responsibility being Customer retention and revenue generation.
2. Utilize proactive persuasive/retention skills to turn requests for disconnection or downgrade into sales and save opportunities by identifying customer needs.
3. The Account manager will work on the portfolio of assigned accounts, to nurture sales pipeline through the stages of ways of Selling process and parallelly delivering excellent customer service.
4. Educate customers on active product features, service offerings, billing, charges, and product value.
5. Identify opportunities for all the Telecom products through outbound calling, social selling, and marketing campaigns as appropriate to the sales strategy.
Which will seek to involve - engaging with the existing customers and building a solution tailored to the customer’s needs, closing the sale and managing the customer ongoing for cross selling purposes.
6. Understand and promote current marketing campaigns to sell to or save customers accurately and effectively.
7. Provide outstanding customer service, troubleshoot and resolve service and minor technical problems for customers by asking appropriate questions
1. Proven and least 1-2-year work experience in Indian /other Telecom operator with similar job description.
2. Effective communication skills. Excellent computer skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
5. Excellent ability to persuade others through indirect influence.
6. Demonstrated ability to seek out and seize opportunities and take initiative with little or no direction.
7. Demonstrated ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment.
