Job Purpose
The role is responsible to generate business through RMs by building strong relationships with the branch heads
The role is also responsible for supporting the business heads by achieving the assigned targets
Key Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities Set goals for the team and constantly monitor the performance of the RMs
Train and motivate the team.
Provide proper mentoring to the team and groom them for an enhanced performance
Ensure proper staffing of the drive
Functional Responsibilities
Focus on customer service and ensure high standard of customer service and quality
Maintain branch relations by building relationships with branch head and branch staff
Ensure ethical selling
Job Requirements
Qualifications Typically a Graduate
Experience 5 years
Functional Competencies (could specify additional functional competencies)
Good understanding about the insurance industry and market updates
Excellent MS Office skills
Behavioral Competencies Team management skills
Leadership skills
Shows positive attitude
Key Interactions
Internal Nature or purpose of interaction
CSB Zonal Office, CSB branches and RMS For building relationship with them for generate insurance business
