Job Description

A store manager is in-charge of entire store and the employees that work within.
Look after the general operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget
or sales goals.
Plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview,hire, coordinate and discipline employees, make sure the store is stocked, clean and in proper working
order.
Create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.
Customer Orientation.
Maintaining the visual merchandising standards.
Maintaining replenishment at all times in the sections assigned.
Team Management
Stock Management
Human Resources
Problem solving and decision making .
Sales report daily, weekly and monthly
Cash incharge Depositing cash, cash records
Credit/Debit transactions keeping records and reports
