Job Description

Hi Everyone, We (SaleBuild ITES Pvt. Ltd ) Hiring for Research Analyst (Semi-Voice).

Role and Responsibilities

100% compliance with company norms and policies.
Login hours of 7:45 minutes on a daily basis (excluding 1hr 15 minutes break).
Ensure that assigned Productivity targets are met and exceeded.
Professionally and effectively employs call skills to achieve targeted goals.
Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills enabling one to deal with internal and external customers professionally.
Customer Contact and Appointment Generation as per the specified process.
Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment and achieve set targets.
Effectively communicate with clients via telephone and written communication
Overcome client resistance/objections to products
Enquiry Handling
Effectively employ call skills to confirm profitable enquiries
Take accurate enquiry details from client
Maintain an effective tracking system for enquiries to confirmation stage.
Promotional Events
Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients
Maintain high standard of personal presentation
Represent company in a professional manner at all times
Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures
Capacity to work both as an individual and as a team.
