REPORTS TO: F & B Manager.
• To assist in the improvement of the retention of staff.
• Development the culture of Training within the Restaurant department and
• Overall operational for the Shift , from Opening to Closing
• Guest Service, up selling of food Items, and prompt service as per order.
• Maintaining the Standard of the Service in both (Food & Beverage) as the order placed.
• To be quick in picking up the Order from Table as well from the Kitchen
• To maintain Shift Inventory of Stores Linen, Operating Equipments, Misuse of Breakages for the Smooth Operation of Restaurant. Should be always in Good Grooming, Good Conduct and have a Good Behaviour toward the working Job as well as towards the Guest.
• Maintain staff efficiency and morale in the restaurant at the highest level.
