Handle enquiries received through phone (toll free), web, email.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling.
Manage to convince the parents /potential customers to visit the school premises from where the Relationship Team shall take over.
Follow up on no show cases.
Make post school visit calls to the same parents /potential customers to enquire on their experience and check if all doubts were well catered.
Manage up-sell and cross sell opportunities within the group (as and when the group is ready)
Ensure 100% capturing of potential parent interaction data in ERP and generate related reports
Maintenance of data completion and accuracy.
Work closely with the Centre Relationship Cell for any updates/ intimations.
Be open to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
