Managerial Responsibilities Motivating and coaching channel partner staff.
Downloading contest to channel partner staff.
Product training and query regarding ETlife. Product saving with BANCA partner.
Functional Responsibilities Discuss with customer about his need. Selling need base product.
Meet customer to his giving time.
Lead update in the company LMS system.
Coordinate with sales operation team for resolve our cases.
Qualifications Typically a Commerce Graduate
Experience atleast 1 years in Sales Life Insurance
Functional Competencies Good understanding about our system.
Knowledge of computer operating and mailing
Knowledge of operations, time management
