Job Description

Managing relationships depending on the geography covered and the branches mapped to the RM and maintain relationship management customers in order to provide quality service to the customers
Responsibility:
To source working capital products to cross section of business segments-traders, manufacturers, services-etc.
Profiling of customers and assessing their working capital requirements to offer suitable financial products.
To work closely with branch banking / Cani /Merchant services teams to source and close the deals of working capital finance.
To monitor and review the existing portfolio for all health items-timely renewal of limits, stock statements, quarterly visits etc
To coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely disbursement of working capital files.
Requirements:
He/She should possess a good understanding of Banks products and operations, particularly comfortable with products of Working Capital and trade finance.
He/She should have strong sales orientation and willingness to meet customers. Applicants experienced in working capital finance/LAP/Mortgage/Housing finance products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal and external stakeholder coordination
1. Responsible for maintaining Relationship of 70-100 EEG client (depending on grade )
2. Interaction with the credit and ops team for sanction of renewals and limit updating
Customer service
1. Proper takeover of the portfolio from acquisition team and enhancement of the portfolio based on customer requirement
2. Ensure that the limits are maximum utilized by the customer
Business development
1. Achieve the Disbursement targets (enhancements) allocated
2. Ensure early regularization of delinquent accounts
3. Proactive management, Review and exit of stressed accounts
4. Ensure cross sell of liability and asset products to existing customers and also cross sell of other products like Retail assets, General Insurance, Credit cards etc
5. Customer profiling sheet and identifying cross sell / revenue increasing opportunity
6. Ensure fee income growth by increasing the NFB Limits, FX
Other business activities
1. Responsible for complete Housekeeping renewal of the account, Call Memo, Site and plant visit, submission of stock statement on time
