Responsible for the Assigned regions trade Business goals & Product penetration within the region
Credit related product like LCBD/Trade Credits/ PCFC, etc to be shared with respective units to ensure seamless on-boarding of clients and there by earn Trade revenue out of those customers.
Periodically meeting the Branches under the region to ensure product awareness and trainings frontlines to get deeper penetration and wallet share of Trade Products
Liaise with Respective Support Units, Branches for / and compliance related to Trade transactions and Maintain cordial Relationship with all of them
Handling Branch and frontline queries, resolutions providing, sharing value propositions, etc.
Executing documents, ensuring seamless and effective implementation of txns and enabling qualitative delivery of assured solutions.
Demonstrating proficient customer management skills, effective planning and problem handling skills during Customer interactions of process and procedures.
