Work in the designated geographic area and convert eligible schools into prospects for loan generation.
Act as a first point contact to the customer for all his document submission requirements both before sanction and disbursement of the loan.
Ensure proper end use of funds disbursed as per the project plan submitted by the school owner.
Monthly relationship visits to all the schools in the portfolio. Work closely with the school owners by regularly visiting them and understanding the dynamics of each school in the portfolio. Develop good rapport with the school owner.
Generate prospects for repeat / follow on loans from the existing customers.
Ensure all schools in the portfolio are current on payments, with no delinquency.
Marketing vendor products to the existing loan relationships and achieving cross sell targets related to these products.
Take initiative in understanding the needs of school owners and guide the organization in new product development.
