We can proudly say that we have a membership in all the major stock exchanges & depositories in India such as NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, and NSDL.

Salary : 1.80 LPA To 3.00 LPA
Experience - Minimum- 6 Months in Sales Of Banking OR Insurance Product.
• Dealer / RM would be working for the development and growth.
• Responsible for achieving business targets set for self and of dealer mapped to him for the respective year.
• Maintain relationship with allotted clients by proactive advisory and prompt support services.
• Dealer / RM shall inculcate the culture and values in the word and spirit and should make all efforts to support the growth of brand image.
• All cross selling products such as Mutual Funds / IPOs / Debt are available to branch and efforts should be made to market all products irrespective of weight age in goal sheet or Incentive Policy.
• Dealer / RM shall see that Systematic Trading Approach and Margin Collections are supervised at micro level.
• As we are in Clientele Business, Customer Delight should be top most priority of Branch Manager, Relationship Manager and the staff.
• As an Organization, our endeavor should be to comply with all guidelines / rules issued from various authorities from time to time. Lapses on any of the compliance which warrants any penalty to Organization would be seen seriously.
• Dealer / RM shall a Role Model for implementation of all Organizational Policies and practices.
• Timely updates of client’s email, Mobile, Address, Aadhaar & other details to avoid client suspension.
• NFO/OFS/IPO business minimum 25% business from mapped clients.
• Daily reporting & Weekly MIS is must for all Dealer/RM to their ABM-BM.
• NISM Equity Derivative certification is must to qualify normal incentives.
• Daily 2 Clients Meeting or Visit.
• Annually 24 SIPs are required to qualify for annual increment.
• Daily 25 Contract has to generate by RM / Dealer from mapped clients.
