Job Description

1. To manage the branch allocated to him
2. To develop a robust network of sourcing intermediaries such as connectors, insurance
agents, sub-DSAs, small DSAs and other alternative and innovative channels
3. To ensure thorough due diligence is exercised in appointing intermediaries post ground
level market and industry reference check as per the laid down process
4. To deliver adequate and regular class room class room training to intermediaries on various
topics such as sales, customer service, ethical standards, product, process and policy
5. To generate direct self sourcing along with sourcing from channels
6. To spend adequate field time in visiting customers and intermediaries
7. To conduct First Visit to customers business premises and report
8. To coordinate with credit, operations and other departments for smooth processing
9. Responsible for collection of ED and ID cases
10.To ensure customer awareness calling before EMI dates
11. Instrumental in generating a quality portfolio
12. To be abreast of competition practices and have local market intelligence
13. To deliver assigned monthly targets
14. To Report to the CSH. May or may not have a BDE as reportee depending on productivity target.
