Job Description

Will be responsible in handling Retail/Channel and Institution/Corporate Sales for the West region for textile chemicals and dyes.
Would be responsible for sales operations of the Zone.
Driving sales operations and motivate the sales teams to maximize sales revenues.
Business development and express growth trajectory for the company.
Ensuring Financial management by way of Implementing credit policy and credit controls and timely claim settlement.
Ensuring operational excellence through support function team to deliver world class services to the customers.
Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales and meeting of individual & group targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members.
