Job Description

Managerial Responsibilities

Manage the Sales team and drive them to achieve the business volumes at the regional level
Manage a diverse sourcing mix including the in-house sales team, cross sell maximization, DSA, Financial Advisors network
Manage key channel partner relationships
Meet key prospects on regular basis with an objective to generate new business
Understand key customer segments and their business potential and associated risks
Ensure a healthy credit quality of the portfolio

Functional Responsibilities

Monitor and track monthly sales and achieve the business targets for disbursements of Home Loans & LAP.
Responsible for revenue generation through Processing Fee Collection, Insurance Cross Sell.
,Direct Sales team, for launch of Mortgage Business by EHFL in the city
Manage yield and fee target through product mix between Home Loan & LAP.
Ensuring activation and increased penetration of EHFL share in business.
Build relationships with other Edelweiss group companies for cross sell of home loans to existing customers
