The purpose of the position is to create and develop the trade / institutional market for the companys range of products. The position is to coordinate, sell and ensure liquidation of stocks with dealers & super distributors.
1. Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
2. Ensure recovery of outstanding payments from dealers & super distributers.
3. Organize Technical Sessions in conjunction with sales team.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
5. Maintain competitive knowledge.
6. Collect and maintain all sales record/customer list / blood bank list / sales & Stock statements, territory wise.
7. Monitor & control daily activities of field sales manager / team and ensure each team member achieve their sales every month.
8. Provide weekly report to Reporting Manager.
