Candidate currently working as Branch Head for at least 3-4 years should have the potential of managing the branch banking with good book size.
Must have good team handling experience, and interest towards leading of 8-10 branches approx.
Field oriented person , but should be able to track MIS and do course corrections as required
Ability to quote instances of having driven sales achievements and his/her active role in the same
Should have complete understanding of expectations about his role.
Ability to develop business strategy (markets, locations, people, sales, agencies) and implement the same to meet business goals and should have aggressive sales approach.
Self-driven with high level of integrity, Possession and regimented.
There were many microfinance institutions active in rural India, but very few served... India’s urban population. To bridge this gap, Ujjivan focused on the urban poor. This is a fast growing segment that is relatively new to India’s microfinance industry. Our surveys and interaction with the urban poor show that they are exposed to enormous contingencies and are required to share their meagre resources with neighbors, friends, relatives and colleagues. Hence, there is a tremendous amount of bonding and affinity among them. We have also found that, contrary to popular belief, the urban poor are a stable population.
