Regional Manager - Government Sales

Job Description

Ideal candidate should be M/F, 32-38 years of age, multilingual, with 10-12 years of overall experience in Sales of which min 2 yr. in liasioning projects(managing relationships) with government. Good knowledge of various departments added with good contacts with government officials at the secretariat.

Should have liaised for projects minimum and above 3 cr. Candidates willing to travel extensively, with good references preferred.

Qualification: Reputed University-MBA
Salary Budget: 9-12 lakhs PA

Role and responsibility:

1.Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options
2.New leads may be generated through meeting various govt. departments, cold calling, partner relationships, etc.
3.Meet sales revenue targets
4.Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support
5.Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
6.Have a consultative sales approach
7.Facilitates all types of communications with concerned officials and departments.
8.Advises LabourNet on Purpose and Principles of projects signed and creates new opportunities with the same or other government departments at assigned territory.
9.Keeps an update of day to day developments and knowledge of stages/project milestones.
10.Actively participates on behalf of LabourNet in all meetings with Government departments.
11.Responsible for account management of projects-Retention, Revenue, and Relationship.
12.Creates new strategic partnerships facilitating knowledge management, planning, and coordination, monitoring and reporting.
13.Manages a team of Relationship Managers stationed at various locations within the region.
14.Eye on topline and bottom line
