Regional HR Manager
This is a Regional HR role which is responsible for end to end HR activities in the state of Maharashtra which comprises of around 500 employees across 35-40 stores.
It is a predominantly HR Generalist role with end to end responsibility of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Appraisal, HR Policy, Statutory Compliances and others as outlined below:
Complete Employee Life cycle Management
Recruitment, Selection, on-boarding and induction
Performance appraisal Ensuring that the biannual appraisals are completed as per the defined process
Succession planning and Career development
Communication and grievance handling for the internal customers.
Implementation of various Trainings at the region as per the guidance from corporate training department
HR policy implementation and handling of disciplinary issues.
Optimum Manpower Utilization
Implementation of HR Policies and Processes: Handling of all the HR internal processes as per the company policy
Implementation of the various components of HR Policy as per applicable labor laws.
Monthly MIS - Sending various reports to Head office
Desired Candidate Profile:
8+ years of Experience of working in a HR Generalist role with end to end responsibility as outlined above
Looking for candidates from experience in either Retail or Hospitality as first preference.
Strong exposure of handling Maternity Act, POSH, Shop & establishment Act, Contract Labor Laws, Competency Mapping etc.
Willingness to travel as and when required to various stores in West region.
Open to work in a 6 day week (Alternate) environment which is typical in the retail industry
Preference would be for women candidates.
