To ensure compliance to laid down standards and procedures set by Corporate QA in the Region. Lead the regional QA team for strategic and operational Quality initiative implementation. Ensure sustenance of Quality & Food safety standards prootocol processess & procedure for consistently delivering superior quality and safe food products in the extended supply chain leading to guest delight in the Region.
Position will review routine Regional quality metrics, conduct audits and drive accountability by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities thereby resulting in Quality processes performance improvements at Restaurants / Commissary / Suppliers end. Position will also be responsible for providing leadership in addressing key customer concerns by utilizing appropriate problem solving methods with effective supporting documentation and results
Ensure QA systems & procedures are monitored and implemented in all QA activities in the Region for ensuring compliance to JFL- Food Safety / Quality / Regulatory requirements
Ensure continuous audits / monitoring to ensure compliance to defined HO-QA requirements in all activities in the region.
Ensures implementation of all QA Systems and Processes across extended supply chain - commissary / restaurants / Suppliers / warehouses throughout the region .
Implementing the Supplier Quality improvement Stratagy to ensure it meets business requirements and customer deliverables
Drives quality awareness across the regional organization, through coaching and influencing.
Timely resolution of customer / Guest complaints related to Quality, Food Safety and Regulatory requirement in order to improve Guest satisfaction
Implementation and maintenance of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies with specific focus on guest delight and process improvements
Implementing and maintaining Supplier Quality Risk Management system to ensure that risks are adequately controlled in accordance with current requirements
Maintaining complete record of Controlled Copies of processes, formats, manuals, policies, changes, etc.
Timely intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion, etc (if any) in the process to the process owner(s) for compliance.
Apprising management about the new Quality Standards applicable to Company, if any, further requirements to improve on it, updates,
Providing overall guidance, leadership and strategic direction to the team/subordinates
Ensuring the development of adequate competent resources in the region to carry out the required jobs in the regions in accordance with JFL Quality and Food safety requirements.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES :
Should have thorough knowledge of Food processing unit field experience preferably of MNC FMCG
