Scrutiny of New Partners Application finalized by sales leader for necessary validation of documentations, credentials & contact reference of the present business and prospects
Preparation of Partner agreement in coordination with the Area/Regional Accounts as per the standard format and getting signed from Partners. Continuous Tracking of status of Agreement
Creation of code for new Partner code in CRM & mapping under proper SO & sales group
Preparation of sales budget plan along with Org structure in coordination with Regional sales head and Upload of
Budgets along with mapping of sales leaders handling partner
Upload off take slab as applicable (Tier wise) in SAP for calculation of discount as applicable at the time of sales
billing. Initiating revision in scheme & incorporating in the SAP
Organize & Authorize Partner Certificates which describes authorized range of products to be sold
Authorize Marketing team to distribute eligible marketing materials as per qualification
Compiling stock indent cycle wise from sales leaders & follow-up with Logistics for timely reach of stock
Collection of order form partner thru ESMS along with DD & ensure invoicing & dispatch of stock to partner
Arrange for Partners & Leaders Club qualifiers list & facilitate for Auditing
Credit Note generation & Verification All Credit notes
- Ensure reimbursements for data which is updated in ESMS & validated by CRM
- Calculation & disbursement of incentives to partners(Qtly., Annual & Special Incentives)
Monthly analysis of Secondary Vs Primary Billing SKU wise
Taking Collection feedback for any credit billing & follow-up on collection billing ffollowed by Confirmation of Balances from partner on quarterly basis particularly on credit sales made
Tracking of Sales performance of Sales staff, including zero sellers & communicate Sales Leader for further action
Track Travel expenses of field staff, same to be checked with respect to PJP, sales generated & expense limit
Partners Visit (>A Category and other category partners have to be met every qtr.)
Successful implementation of ESMS system across Region
VAT claim calculation & verification
Coordinate with Accounts / Logistic / Sales team / Partner for all product Replacement / Sales Return if any
Contributing & adding value to the overall business of the channel, help stabilize operations at all levels and assist both internal and external customers & associates across the Region.
Experience in evaluating commercial risk and interpret all commercial risks
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to analyze customer requirements
Administered commercial activities for proposal development
Ensured compliance to contracting procedures policies and terms
Managed and validated data for efficient customer services
Business management Degree
Any Engineering Degree or relevant qualification
Proactive, structured and excellent organizational skills o Preferable with at least 2 years of experience
Fluency in English & Hindi communication
Good communications skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts or in commercial management
Good team work
Good working knowledge of IT, Excel and Word
Awareness of financial, commercial, planning and control activities on Decision making
