Recruitment Specialist - IT/ Non IT
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand Resource Requirements:
Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring for our Customers by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
Meet all recruitment timelines successfully the multiple clients, as assigned.
Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads.
Deliver on process SLAs within the defined TAT consistently.
Manage Resource Talent Pool:
Source candidates through networking & cold calling.
Create and maintain assignment track sheets.
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Assist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable.
Hand-hold candidate to increase offer to joineeconversion.
Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where appropriate).
Display excellent customer service towards internal and external customers.
Effectively use Job Portals/ Networking& Referrals:
Use Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), Linked In and other professional websites effectively.
Create and maintain productive relationships; effectively network and influence candidates.
Hands on job postings, use of mass mailing, downloads in excel etc.
Excellent coordination with clients and candidates.
Good/professional rapport with clients and candidates.
Constant update of current subject knowledge of recruitment best practices.
Ability to think creatively and work with the assistance of the respective team lead.
Should possess high energy levels and passion to work, be self-motivated and have a positive outlook even in the face of rejections.
Manage stress and be an excellent team player.
Must possess excellent oral communication skills.
Be open to change and think on ones feet.
Have a high tolerance for monotony.
Minimum 1 year experience in Domestic recruitment firm with IT niche skills is mandatory
Familiarity in sourcing profiles through web portals etc.
