1. Being a Recruitment Executive/Sr.Recruitment Executive you will be working as an individual contributor.

6. Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for interview
7. Closing all the requirements within timelines and ensuring that we meet our target Time to FillContribute to the team and process success by sharing ideas, recruitment best practices
8. Interact with candidates and conduct phone screens to capture details of their skills and experience
9. Should be responsible for Job Posting in various Job Portal and other sources
10. Responsible for career Counselling to candidates.
