Sending Interview invites to the shortlisted candidates and coordinate different modes of interviews.
Tracking interviews on regular basis and presenting the data to respective businesses/ recruiters on weekly basis.
Handling candidate issues regarding interview schedules & processing of travel reimbursement etc.
Ensuring shortlisted candidates complete Interview process with respective businesses and keeping them updated about further steps.
Extending Offers to the identified candidates, placing requests for backgrounds to be verified, and ensuring completion of the same for the Hire to come Onboard with the organization.
