- Responsibilities will include maintaining existing clients
- Fulfilling client resource requirements - meeting deadlines to close open positions.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients/hiring teams/managers to ensure closures and for generating on-going business.
- Candidates should possess excellent knowledge of tools used for recruitment along with experience in complete recruitment process viz sourcing, head-hunting, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations and closing
- Should have excellent network with Information Technology candidates and companies
- Should have experience in generating periodic reports, projections on business leads, short-listings and closures
- Should be Target, Quality and Process Oriented Self-Motivated, High Energy individual.
