Monitor overall process performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports.
Identify process gaps and appropriate fixture needs and ensure the timely implementation of CAPA.
Identify Opportunities to share /adopt process standardization and best practices across the process
Organize and support quality assurance function in close co-operation with oversight / onshore stake holders and with delivery units
Analyse measurement mechanisms, audit and survey reports, identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
Hands on experience in quality management and related compliance standards & methodologies, Six Sigma, LEAN, trained in advanced quality tools, Lean tools and good in ISO management standards like QMS etc.
Six Sigma Project experience/Working knowledge (GB Level) and knowledge on ISO and QMS
Exposure to Change management and stake-holder management.
Preferably from Custody services and should possess sound knowledge of terminologies.
Should be proficient in office applications such as Ms Excel/Word/PPT, including their implementation aspects.
Strong knowledge of Marco/VBA would be an added advantage.
