1. Quality audits of calls & emails
2. Share feedback to the agents, Managers/TLs & SMEs
3. Publish Quality Dashboards
4. Identify training needs
5. Perform root cause analysis & draft action plans
6. Liaise with Operations & Training/L & D for pertinent training interventions
7. Conduct follow up audits to check the training efficacy
8. Calibration calls with the Call Centre agents, TLs & SMEs to ensure all are calibrated in terms of the standards
