Conduct call calibrations to be in sync with Ops & training dept.
Do detailed process audits & RCA.
Ensuring compliance matrices as per process guidelines.
Coach new or existing agents as per the process requirements.
Conduct regular briefing & call listening sessions.
Co-ordinate with Ops & training to certify new joinees.
Periodically conduct audit for new hires & give constructive feedback on timely performance also help the new hires for speeding up the learning curve.
Experience of sales will be added an advantage.
Should be proficient in MS excel (Pivot, Formulas etc
