Job Description

Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it .
Floating the enquiry
Comparison / Negotiation / Choosing the suppliers .
Vendor Development .
To handle the Purchase such as Repair & Maintenance / Packing Goods / Consumables / General Goods
To Issue the Purchase Orders to the selected suppliers
Overseeing any large procurement that may happen

Key Skill
Rich Experience of procurements
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle fire fighting jobs
Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically ERP & Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements
Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers
Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities.
