Successful demonstrations (promotional and inquiry based) to be organized (to be the provider of information to the sales force about user habits, needs or recommendation, collect competitive information ; understand user sensitivity and inform sales and marketing, to give the critical differentiator to the user that will influence the decision)
To be the users consultant, should spend quality time in the ICU and must be modality demo expert.
Must be well verse in Demo equipment management
Organize local events based on technique & therapy to support organizations solutions
Must implement Train the Trainer concept.
Role includes extensive travelling across PAN India level & Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, etc.
Specific Skillset required:
Clinical knowledge in Intensive care
Should establish relationship and networks with all levels of clinical & management staff
Good standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
Facilitate product presentations to induce product usage in key specialists (Intensivits, HODs, Senior Doctors and Nurses)
Should be flexible for Travelling.
