Area of Responsibility:
1. Software Product Development
Propose new features addressing business problems. Participate in ideation meetings with business and development team to drive final solution design based on Vision and Product roadmap.
Prioritize features releases as per the business requirement. Own milestone tracking, quality tracking of the releases
2. Product Roadmap/Design:
Responsible for making product decisions and often act as lead resource for the rest of the organization when deep product expertise is required.
Supporting the organization to bring the product to market and work directly with customers (internal and external both)
Exposure to agile methodology of software development
3. Team Management
Must have worked in cross functional team as Individual Contributor and mentor
B.Tech /BE and MBA in IT or Computer Science/ product management from Tier 1 Engineering College and B schools
Software Product Development life cycle, CRM/ Similar product Solutions, Product Design
Technical/ Behavioral Skills Must to have:
2+ years of experience in Software and product development.
Experience in managing the large product portfolios, revenue management, planning and launching products online based on consumer behavior using analytics
Strong experience of more than 2+ years in building and implementing CRM/ Similar Solutions In House and Onsite.
Experience on Developing product roadmaps, designs, oversees and governs complex CRM solutions
Experience in Developing product line strategy to generate revenues and drive profitability through New Product Initiatives
Experience in Building products and services that create value for the customers collaborating with cross functional teams, including business and channel partners, user experience designers, developers, and support functions.
Strong interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations, and build partnerships with clients and key stakeholders
Must have qualitative experience in people management with virtual teams across geographies
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Stakeholder management skills
Out of the Box thinking, Logical skills.
