Proactively and Systematically monitors and observes competition, market trends, customers needs and the trends in Drywall Construction methods; and analyze the observations and makes key findings available- regularly monitors and updates market share in all Building sectors ( Building mapping ) Analyze market and customer requirements as well as price situations with the help of Sales team
Product Lifecycle Management:
Drives product innovation process of product improvement in the country and also includes Pricing, Product Specification and definition of Supply Chain- Generates New Product Ideas based on customer and market needs to fill potential product gaps & participate in projects within the product process, Product Introduction, product improvement and Product Relaunch
Product Portfolio/ Strategy:
Defines the product strategy/ portfolio together with local management with support of Marketing Head/ Central category Lead- maintain Product Portfolio to best fit for the market requirement
Technical / Civil or Mechanical Engineering Qualification with marketing management from Tier 1 management Institutes
Product Management Experience, involved in successful product launches, BTL and end to end working with demonstrated collaboration with Technical, Production & Sales Teams
Preferred Industries: Cement/ Steel/ Paints/ Construction Equipment/ Construction Chemicals/ sanitaryware/ Pipe Fittings etc.
