Job Description :
I. Planning of all purchases of fresh produce
II. Developing markets for the products
III. Work with branding team to create high brand recall
IV. Mange teams across geographies.
V. Manage P&L of the business.
VI. Standardization of processes.
VII. Market survey and introduction of new materials for trading.
VIII. Vendor identification, Evaluation.
IX. Developing vendor base
X. Tendering and quotation analysis.
XI. Prepare comparative statement.
XII. Sampling & verification of new products.
XIII. Issuance of purchase order. Signing of purchase order, bills.
XIV. Authorize the bills for payment.
XV. Co-ordination with accounts dept. for payments to the suppliers.
XVI. Collections and streamlining of collection process from customers
XVII. Set up the supply chain for all services.
XVIII. Managing MIS & Documentation.
XIX. Ensure appropriate usage/ wastages analysis.
XX. Analyse trends and data to ensure operationally sound purchase systems and decisions.
XXI. Conducting regular monthly Audits and Surprise Inspections on the Sites.
