Candidates should have experience of:
Preparation of Heat and Material Balance and PFDs.
Equipment sizing and preparation of equipment datasheets
Development of P&IDs and Line Designation Tables
Lead P&ID, HAZOP and 3D model reviews
Worked on Feasibility Studies and FEEDs involving refinery integration and
overall conceptualization of Utilities and Offsites
Supervision of a team of engineers and designers
Plan and schedule activities for team to meet project milestones
Responsible for quality of deliverables produced by team
Work on process simulators (Hysis Pro)
Hydraulic calculations (pump and compressor, control valve hydraulic
calculations, line sizing)
Relief Valve Sizing and Relief system design (including use of Flarenet)
