Job Description

• Excellent command over written and spoken English with fluency (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in high pressure environment
• Self motivated, Self disciplined
• International Call Center experience is required; it will be an added plus
• Flexibility to work in Night Shifts.
• Proven Outbound Calling experience or experience in Sales Process
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
