-The role is responsible to acquire New clients (fund & non Fund), through independent sourcing and branch leads.
-Maximising client profitability by creating Multiple Revenue streams (like TFx) & cross sell other bank products
-Conducting Marketing / Sales activities in the branches and in the Open Market to generate Leads.
-Renewal/ Enhancement of limit on time.
-Execution of Renewal/ Enhancement documentation on time
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 -Achieve disbursement targets through acquiring existing & NTB clients for WCF products - CC limits, Term Loans,LAP, Export limits (pre/post shipment), Non Fund limits (BG, LC), simple forwards etc.
2 -Achieve Revenue targets - Interest margins, Processing Fee, Trade & Foreign Exchange.
3 -Manage mapped Branches and activate them for WCF products
4 -Manage acquired portfolio clients, fulfill their service requirements, regular monitoring activities like renewals, stock and book debt statement, insurance, regular bank credits etc.
5 -Identify segments for cross sell opportunities, TFx products, Insurance, etc.
6 -Timely follow up for regularization of overdue / DPD accounts and other exceptions
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Essential -MBA, Post Graduate, CA
Essential -Minimum experience of 2 years in working capital / Term Loan Sales.
-Exposure to Trade & Foreign Exchange is required.
-Technical -Able to understand balance sheets, P&L accounts with notes
-Should be able to write credit proposals and do financial spreads in excel
-Ability to understand documents relating to client property chain
-Knowledge of Local industries
-Behavioral -Ability to source new to bank Clients independently
-Excellent Client management skills
-Good communications and Presentation skills
-Should have an eye for detail and understand fine print
