Installing and monitoring of Plant security round the clock. Security procedure compliances entry / exit regulations of material and people.
Ensuring compliance to all statutory requirements like PCB, Gujarat electricity Board, factory laws, Provident fund, ESIC, Professional tax, Excise, Sales tax, Labour dept, contract labour.
Sustaining ISO certification.
Product storage and usage licences registration & renewal.
Explosives licence registration & renewal.
Public liability insurance for hazardous chemicals.
Setting up an effective maintenance structure.
Effective coordination between R&D, QC and Production.
Responsible for all statutory inspection from regulatory authorities.
Responsible for customer specified inspection by 3P agencies.
Customer visits to plant.
Conducting daily coordination meeting between Production, QC and R&D.
Conducting Monthly review meetings.
As part of CSR activities , providing tools, systems and infra structure support to govt run primary schools in backward areas.
All payments in local currency managed from the plant (supplies, transportation, consumables, leased properties).
Cash and bank handling.
Daily reports for cash and payments.
Monthly reports for all payables, provisions, invoicing updating navision entries.
Excise, PF and Sales tax remittances as per due dates.

5.Ensuring all accounting / production entries are updated within 48 hours.
6.Renewal of licenses / registrations for continuous operations.
