Key Relationships Patients, Attendants, Doctors, Nurses
Main Objective of the Role To facilitate and coordinate all activities related to day to day operations of Mamma Mia, business development, Relationship Building with doctors and key stake holders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational processes and standards
- Replenishment of monthly consumables & marketing collateral
- Building internal relationships with doctors and other department heads
- Management of client relationships Showrounds, mail follow ups, call follow ups
- Weekly reports Enquiry Database, Client Database, Feedback Tracker and analysis of services
- Allocation and management of class schedule per service
- Liaison of partner relationships Mrityunjaya Yoga, Bloom IVF and Mental Health
- External Marketing building relationships and increasing sales through empanelled doctors, embassies and other potential tie ups, online marketing, promotional events
- Sales client conversions, cross selling and motivation of the team to do the same
- Revenue achieving the assigned targets per service per month for the center
- Operating expenses cost leadership in all administrative and operational activities
Customer Perspective
- Owner of the guest experience- Creates a focused environment to enhance the guest experience & continuous improvement in the client service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Guest Feedback Management- Tracks client feedback at regular and frequent interval. Acknowledges and takes suggestions from repeat/loyal guests & ensures a process of continuous improvement in the delivering the guest a world-class experience
- Answers client complaints or inquiries and resolves guest grievances to restore & promote good public relations
Internal Perspective
- Management of appointments and scheduling of services including management of staff roster.
- Monthly MIS reports to go to FD and head of Mamma Mia
- Inventory Management (consumables & others)
- Compliance with the safety and security policies of the Company
- Oversees daily operations to include paper work & other documentation requirements


Major Job Qualifications / Specific Skills

Required Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline Preferred Education:
Graduation with Diploma / MHA preferred
Experience Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant field

Knowledge and Specific Skills Excellent Communication Skills, Marketing Skills & Computer Efficiency
