Detailed job Description
She/he will be required to carry out all duties executed from the President’s office.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Maintains confidentiality with a high degree of discretion
Taking quick short notes, prepare minutes of the meetings
Writes error-free, eloquent emails and letters for various events and announcements
Superb organizational skills to manage high-level communication with both internal and external stakeholders
The scope of the PA's role can be extensive and additional duties may include:

carrying out specific projects and research;
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, driven, motivated to continually learn, the role has a deep career runway
Provides sophisticated calendar, call, email management of CEO activities

Requirements

Education/qualification required : Bachelor’s degree in any stream

An ideal candidate for this position : Must have 3+ years of relevant experience

Most Important Skills:

Advanced problem solving and planning skills to manage deliverables and timelines
Strong MS Office skills, specifically strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots) and PowerPoint
