Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any Discipline
Secretarial Course / Diploma possessing candidate would be preferred
10 + years of work experience as Personal Assistant / Secretarial responsibility for Top Management personnel
Excellent English communication skills (R,W, S)
Computer savvy : Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher )
Shorthand preferred
Manage Calendar Management, Travel (Local & foreign travel) Management & Expense Management

Job Profile:
Manage& maintain schedule / calendar for CEO
Manage & maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel & conferences, making appointments, & making changes to appointments.
Prepare meeting agenda in advance in addition to all meeting facilities.
Record meeting discussions & provide minutes as required
Provide administrative & business support
Manage the filing & data retrieval system ,which makes it very accessible at any moment.
Work closely & effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of day to day developments & timely follow up.
Liaise & Coordinate with all departments (Sales , Finance, logistics, procurement , import , Export ) for smoothly running of operations.
Make sure all the assigned responsibilities are done on time on a professional way.
Manage correspondences (E mails, letters & routine memos)
Preparing & editing correspondence, reports, presentations & MIS
Excellent work in preparing analytical reports & presentations in perfect timing.
Interpret administrative & operating policies & procedures for employees.
Prepare reports in daily, weekly & monthly basis
Develop & maintain good communication & working relationships with staff.
Collect& analyze information & prepare reports & presentations as required
Support event management team of major organizational events (PD Meetings etc.)
