Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collect applications of candidates for vacant positions in the organization through various means, via job portals, existing database, candidate references, employee referrals, placement consultants, campus placements, head-hunting, etc.
2. Conduct the first round of personal interview & arrange a further round of interviews of shortlisted candidates with the designated departments/personnel
3. Negotiate salary and fix the compensation of the selected candidates
4. Issue LOI & brief the candidates of the joining formalities
5. Conduct background referral checks for the candidates
6. Brief the new employee about the company & its policies
7. Issue appointment letters
8. Maintain records of daily attendance, absenteeism, late comings, early leavings & leave records of all the employees
9. Maintain stationary stock including business cards, letterheads, receipt books, envelopes, etc.
10. Handle grievances of employees & ensure quick resolution of the same
11. Send birthdays & tenure emails
12. Organize parties on several occasions like festivals, arrange official trips, camps, etc.
13. Update company policies as per requirements
14. Draft and manage the company's rule book
15. Assist CEO in day-to-day official tasks
