* PEGA CSA/CSSA /LSA certified
* 5-12 years of hands-on experience with Pega BPM methodology & Java background is an added advantage
* Experience in Customer Services for Financial Services or Payment Providers, with expertise in Disputes, Claims, and Chargeback business areas
* Deep experience with industry standard methodologies of SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM. Experience with Rally/Jira preferred
* Possess advanced understanding of PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks and APIs
Must have mandate 5+ yrs of experience on Pega.
